At Body Alive, each item is made to order, just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
